Kassandra - Front Desk adminstrator
Kassandra is a Colorado native who has been working in the dental field for over eight years. With years of experience supporting both patients and clinical teams, she plays an important role in helping the office run smoothly. Kassandra enjoys creating a welcoming environment for patients and helping them feel comfortable from the moment they walk through the door.
Outside the office, Kassandra loves spending time with her son and enjoying music, especially Metallica. Her friendly personality, experience in dentistry, and commitment to patient care make her a valued part of the team.
Paige - Dental Hygienist
Paige brings over 12 years of expertise in dental hygiene to the West Arvada Family Dental team. A graduate from Sheridan College (University of Wyoming) her passion lies in building relationships with patients while helping them achieve optimal oral health. She is a Colorado native who stays at the forefront of her profession through annual continuing education courses.
Outside the office, Paige enjoys life with her 12-year-old son, an enthusiastic athlete and trumpet player and she embraces an active lifestyle—working out, attending baseball games, traveling, and enjoying outdoor activities in warm weather. Recently, she and her son embarked on a new adventure together, learning to ride dirt bikes—reflecting her adventurous spirit and dedication to creating memorable experiences.
Michelle - Dental Assistant
Michelle brings four years of valuable dental experience. As a Heritage Certified dental assistant, she provides excellent patient care while appreciating the wonderful team atmosphere and work-life balance that allows her to focus on her family.
An Arvada native, Michelle is a proud mother of three children. A 19-year-old son and two daughters, ages 7 and 3. When she's not assisting chairside, Michelle embraces Colorado's natural beauty through hiking, mountain excursions, and outdoor walks. Her creative side flourishes through arts and crafts, and she enjoys unwinding with music and quality time with family and friends
Lexus - Dental Assistant
With experience in the dental field and a passion for continuous learning, Lexus brings fresh energy to West Arvada Family Dental. She cherishes being part of our dynamic team, where Dr. Paylor's mentorship allows her to expand her skills daily.
Beyond her on-the-job training, Lexus is also a certified esthetician, bringing a unique appreciation for both dental and facial aesthetics. Born and raised in Denver, when not assisting patients, she's likely exploring Colorado's hiking trails or catching the latest films at local theaters. As one of eight siblings in a close-knit family, Lexus values connection, a quality that shines through in her warm, attentive approach to patient care.
